Police have intercepted and arrested three armed suspects who robbed a mobile phone store at the Fields shopping mall today (01/04/2025) in Gaborone.

The suspects are a Motswana male aged 31 from Kanye village and two South African male citizens aged 31 and 35.

During the arrest, the suspects were found in possession of two pistols with live ammunitions. No one was injured in the process.

Police investigations into the matter continue.
