Four Batswana men, Jacob Antetse aged 63, Bojotlhe Madiba 48, Tsamaiso Gaanabeng 44, Oratile Moemisi 31 and Zimbabwean Citizen man Brian Dudzai appeared before Palapye Magistrate court for a single count of Found in Possession of Stolen Stock Produce.

According to the charge sheet, the accused persons on 01/04/2025 were found in possession three carcasses of cattle which they could not satisfactorily account for.

The other accused person, Brian Dudzai was also charged for Entering Botswana Through Ungazetted Point of Entry in January 2025.

All the accused persons are remanded at Mahalapye Prison and will appear again on 07/04/2025.
